Job Summary

B.G. Naidu Sweets is looking for a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to oversee multiple retail outlets, drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and maintain high customer service standards across assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Manage multiple retail outlets and drive consistent sales growth.
Review daily sales performance and ensure branches achieve revenue targets.
Increase sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
Develop corporate sales opportunities and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships.
Branch Operations
Plan and monitor staff duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower.
Conduct daily sales meetings with Branch Managers.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and grooming standards.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth branch operations.
Audit & Compliance
Conduct branch audits including:
Cash verification
Stock reconciliation
License verification
Compliance checks
Monitor petty cash, stock closing, and financial processes.
Ensure FIFO implementation, wastage control, and proper handling of return products.
Team Leadership
Conduct one-on-one performance reviews with Branch Managers.
Train and mentor employees on:
Product knowledge
Sales techniques
Customer service
SOP compliance
Reporting & Quality Control
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor product quality, near-expiry products, and stock availability.
Collect customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Participate in daily conference calls with Head Office and communicate organizational updates to branches.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in retail sales, branch operations, or multi-store management is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good analytical and reporting abilities.
Experience in retail operations, FMCG, food & beverage, or hospitality is an advantage.
