Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced School Administration Manager to oversee the school’s administrative operations and ensure the efficient functioning of office management, human resources, facilities, finance coordination, compliance, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with prior experience in school administration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Office & Administrative Management
Supervise and manage the administrative office team, including receptionists, secretaries, and clerical staff.
Maintain organized filing systems for student and employee records.
Manage school calendars, schedules, meetings, and official communications.
Oversee procurement and inventory management of office and school supplies.
2. Human Resources Support
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and prepare management reports.
3. Financial & Budgetary Support
Assist in preparing and monitoring the school’s administrative budget.
Coordinate with the finance department regarding payroll, billing, petty cash, and reimbursements.
Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
4. Facility & Asset Management
Supervise maintenance and repair of school buildings and infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors for security, housekeeping, IT support, transportation, and other facility services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between school management, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
Draft official letters, notices, circulars, and newsletters.
Coordinate with departments to address parent queries and concerns effectively.
6. Compliance & Record Management
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation requirements.
Maintain records required for audits, inspections, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate data collection, reporting, and school statistics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in school administration or office administration.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Office Suite
Google Workspace
Familiarity with School Management Systems (such as PowerSchool, SIMS, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
