Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Welder with 0–1 year of experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and TIG/MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminium. Candidates with innovative ideas, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other sheet metal components.
Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and work instructions.
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting before welding.
Ensure weld quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
Operate welding machines and related fabrication equipment safely.
Inspect completed welds and perform finishing work as required.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Fresher or up to 1 year of welding experience.
Basic knowledge of TIG/MIG welding.
Exposure to sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates should be able to commute or relocate to Bangalore City.
