Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and innovative TIG/MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have an interest in sheet metal fabrication and welding processes, with exposure to TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal materials. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Welding & Fabrication
Perform TIG and MIG welding operations on stainless steel, aluminum, and sheet metal components.
Ensure high-quality welds in accordance with technical specifications.
Assist in fabrication and assembly activities.
Sheet Metal Work
Work with sheet metal components for manufacturing and fabrication projects.
Support cutting, fitting, grinding, and finishing operations as required.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are maintained.
Quality & Inspection
Inspect welded joints for strength, finish, and quality.
Identify and rectify welding defects when necessary.
Follow quality control procedures and production requirements.
Innovation & Process Improvement
Contribute innovative ideas to improve fabrication and welding processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
Participate in problem-solving and process optimization activities.
Safety & Compliance
Follow workplace safety regulations and welding safety practices.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
