Position Overview

The role focuses on building and managing an insurance advisor network, driving sales growth, and developing business through agency channels.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Team Building
Recruit insurance advisors and agents.
Build and expand the agency network.
Conduct onboarding and training programs.
Sales & Business Development
Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new business through advisors and agency channels.
Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Team Management
Guide, mentor, and motivate advisors.
Monitor team productivity and performance.
Provide coaching and regular feedback.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong client relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Support advisors in resolving customer concerns.
Performance Monitoring
Track sales performance and business metrics.
Analyze results and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
Experience
Sales experience preferred.
Insurance industry experience is an advantage.
Candidates from Banking, Financial Services, Mutual Funds, NBFC, Telecom, and Direct Sales backgrounds may also be suitable.
