Job Summary

Primecare India is seeking enthusiastic Trainee Pharmacists to join its pharmacy team. This role is ideal for fresh D.Pharm and B.Pharm graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in retail pharmacy operations. The selected candidate will assist in dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer service under the supervision of registered pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities
Assist registered pharmacists in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications accurately.
Review prescriptions for completeness before processing.
Provide customers with basic information on medication usage, dosage, storage, and precautions.
Receive, organize, and maintain pharmacy inventory.
Monitor medicine stock levels and identify expired or near-expiry products.
Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, billing, and stock movements.
Follow pharmacy regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the pharmacy.
Support daily pharmacy operations and administrative tasks.
Learn and develop professional pharmacy skills through structured on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
Experience
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
Male and Female candidates are eligible.
Basic knowledge of medications, prescriptions, and pharmacy regulations is an added advantage.
