Job Summary
Adobe is looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong experience in the Programmatic Advertising ecosystem. The candidate will support publisher onboarding, troubleshooting, advertising operations, and platform quality initiatives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Google SLA compliance.
Manage DMP taxonomies, segment mapping, and deletions.
Perform publisher reconciliation and feed/test creation.
Handle inbound customer support requests related to Deal IDs and creative approvals.
Execute platform quality initiatives including:
Site and application reviews
Site mapping
Malware monitoring
Maintain publisher partner pipeline.
Create and maintain internal troubleshooting documentation.
Debug advertising issues and investigate bid requests/responses.
Coordinate and negotiate publisher deals.
Support publisher onboarding and inventory management.
Ensure platform quality and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
3–6 years of relevant work experience.
Comfortable working in the North America time zone.
Experience in:
Technical Support Engineer (TSE) or Technical Account Manager (TAM) roles
AdTech or Programmatic Advertising industry
Data integrity or ad trafficking
Strong understanding of:
Programmatic Display Advertising
RTB (Real-Time Bidding)
Ad Networks
Rich Media Vendors
DSP/SSP ecosystem
Experience working with:
Publisher onboarding
DFP (Google Ad Manager), OpenX, or similar ad servers
