Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
KNC Registration: Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Transplant ICU
Expertise in handling Kidney, Lung, or Heart transplant cases
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to transplant ICU patients
Monitor vital signs and manage post-transplant recovery
Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records
Handle emergencies and post-transplant complications
Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on post-transplant care and infection prevention
Ensure strict adherence to ICU protocols, safety, and infection control
