Job Summary
Intuitor is looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer to analyze, design, implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Network Monitoring Systems (NMS). This is a senior, hands-on technical role that serves as the primary technical contact for managed services customers and complex network monitoring environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive, consultative, and reactive support for managed services customers.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex network monitoring issues.
Review and optimize ScienceLogic EM7 configurations, events, incidents, and overall monitoring architecture.
Plan, design, implement, and manage enterprise network monitoring platforms.
Gather customer requirements and prepare implementation plans.
Lead customer network monitoring implementation projects.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot ScienceLogic EM7 remotely.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of monitoring infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Deliver technical documentation and customer recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience working with Cisco and other networking equipment.
