Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing residential interior fit-out projects from execution to completion. The role involves coordinating contractors, monitoring site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, managing project timelines, handling project billing, and collaborating with designers for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage residential interior projects at site.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
Ensure project execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor work quality and ensure timely completion of projects.
Handle site coordination between designers, clients, and execution teams.
Plan and monitor daily work schedules.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and workforce.
Maintain quality control throughout project execution.
Measure project sites and prepare project billing.
Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings accurately.
Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with project standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery timelines.
Required Skills
Experience in residential interior project execution.
Site coordination and supervision.
Contractor and vendor management.
Strong knowledge of interior materials.
Knowledge of carpentry work (preferred).
Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
Site measurement and billing preparation.
Project planning and execution.
Time management and multitasking.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Quality inspection and quality control.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in residential interior projects.
