Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, managing material requirements, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections with subcontractors.
Raise material requisitions on time to support the construction schedule.
Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation for traceability.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and neighboring stakeholders.
Handle both site supervision and office-related documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Integrity, sincerity, punctuality, and commitment to work.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
