Salary: ₹25,253 – ₹35,551 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong site management skills, technical knowledge of interior construction, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients.
This role involves ensuring project quality, timely execution, safety compliance, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with:
Contractors
Vendors
Clients
Project teams
Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Ensure execution aligns with:
Approved designs
Project specifications
Building codes and standards
Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and conflicts.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and site records.
Support project teams to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in:
Interior Design
Architecture
Construction Management
Related field
Experience Required
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or site supervision projects.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Interior design principles
Construction methods
Interior materials and finishes
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Good understanding of project execution and quality control processes.
