Role Overview
We are partnering with a global technology company specializing in advanced software and service solutions for telecom and digital service providers.
The company is seeking an experienced Encompass (formerly SingleView) Architect to lead enterprise-scale architecture, integration, and solution design initiatives for complex telecom platforms and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Encompass (SingleView) systems and frameworks.
Define technical standards, best practices, and solution blueprints across software and hardware environments.
Design and validate:
System interfaces
Business application prototypes
Integration frameworks
Analyze existing Encompass frameworks and identify architectural gaps or optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, business, and product teams to influence future platform architecture.
Ensure scalability, compatibility, performance optimization, and maintainability of enterprise solutions.
Resolve complex technical challenges and support architecture governance.
