Job Summary
EMP Global is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI to design and develop intelligent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making, problem-solving, and business process automation.

The role involves building multi-agent AI solutions, developing LLM-powered applications, implementing automation workflows, and integrating AI systems with web applications and cloud platforms.

The selected candidate will work with modern AI frameworks and technologies while contributing to the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
– Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI systems capable of autonomous actions and decision-making.
– Develop multi-agent AI solutions and agent-based workflows.
– Write clean, maintainable, reliable, and efficient code.
– Work with AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools.
– Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
– Implement prompt engineering and automation workflows.
– Improve system performance, quality, scalability, and response speed.
– Guide, mentor, and support other engineers.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features.
– Integrate AI systems with web applications and cloud platforms.
– Develop tools and solutions to improve software development productivity.
Required Skills
– Strong programming knowledge in Python.
– Hands-on experience with Agentic AI development.
– Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
– Good understanding of:
– Large Language Models (LLMs)
– Multi-agent AI systems
– Prompt engineering
– Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
– AI-driven automation
– Experience developing and deploying real-world AI applications.
– Strong software engineering and solution development skills.
– Knowledge of system design, application architecture, and third-party integrations.
– Experience with performance tuning and system optimisation.
– Ability to write clean and efficient code.
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
– Team leadership and mentoring abilities.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– 6–10 years of overall software development experience.
– 2–3 years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
Contract & Compensation Details
– Initial Contract: 12+ months.
– Budget: ₹20 LPA (all-inclusive).
– Conversion: After 12 months, the client may hire the candidate as a full-time employee.
– Employment Type: Contract.
The full-time conversion is stated as a possibility after 12 months, not a guaranteed conversion.
