Role Overview

Eximietas Design is seeking an experienced RTL Design Micro Architect to contribute to the design and development of advanced semiconductor and SoC solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining microarchitecture specifications, leading RTL implementation activities, optimizing performance/power/area (PPA), and collaborating across architecture, verification, and physical design teams.

Key Responsibilities
Define and develop microarchitecture specifications for complex SoC designs.
Lead RTL design and implementation using:
Verilog
SystemVerilog
Optimize designs for:
Performance
Power
Area (PPA)
Collaborate with:
System Architects
Verification Teams
Physical Design Teams
Perform architecture trade-off analysis to meet functional and performance goals.
Develop methodologies to improve RTL design quality and engineering productivity.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and project planning.
