Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management from concept development to project completion.
Supervise on-site execution to ensure quality control and adherence to design intent.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, BOQs, work schedules, and site progress reports.
Ensure flawless execution of design details, finishes, textures, and spatial planning.
Manage and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Handle project timelines, execution challenges, and site-level troubleshooting efficiently.
Maintain high standards of technical detailing and project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture/interior design execution.
Strong expertise in technical drawings, detailing, and project execution.
Excellent on-site problem-solving and coordination skills.
Experience handling premium residential and commercial projects.
Strong communication, leadership, and client management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch mandatory).
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience working with boutique or design-focused studios.
Knowledge of sustainable materials and modern construction technologies.
Ability to manage high-aesthetic and execution-intensive projects.
