Position Overview

Amplrs is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager – CFO Practice to lead and oversee the financial operations of the company and its associated group entities and subsidiaries.

The role involves financial management, taxation, audits, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and strategic financial planning while ensuring robust internal controls and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Prepare, review, and present:
Monthly financial statements
Quarterly financial statements
Annual financial statements
Develop:
Budgets
Forecasts
Cash flow models
Monitor budget vs actual performance
Implement cost-control measures and variance analysis
Statutory & Tax Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
Direct taxes
Indirect taxes
Coordinate:
Quarterly tax filings
Annual tax filings
Liaise with tax authorities
Handle:
TDS
TCS
GST
Income-tax audits
Regulatory Compliance
Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time
Monitor regulatory updates and implement required changes
Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
Mitigate operational and financial risks
Audit & Internal Controls
Coordinate:
Statutory audits
Internal audits
Bank audits
Implement audit recommendations
Strengthen internal control systems and policies
Conduct finance and operational risk assessments
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with:
Banks
Financial institutions
Charterers
Ports
Statutory authorities
Coordinate with:
Auditors
Legal advisors
Consultants
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and directors

5–10 years of diversified industry finance experience
