We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dentist to lead and independently manage clinic operations at our Electronic City Phase 1 facility. Key Responsibilities:
Independent Clinic Management: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure efficient patient flow
Comprehensive Diagnosis & Treatment: Diagnose oral health conditions and execute advanced treatment plans across restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry
Patient Experience: Deliver empathetic, high-quality care while building long-term patient relationships through clear communication
Clinical Excellence: Perform procedures with precision while adhering to strict sterilization and safety protocols
Collaborative Leadership: Lead and coordinate with dental assistants and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: BDS required; MDS strongly preferred
Licensing: Valid Karnataka State Dental Council (KSDC) registration
Experience: Demonstrated ability to independently perform general and specialized dental procedures
