Senior Civil Engineer / Deputy General Manager (Estimation & Construction Coordination)

Position: Senior Civil Engineer / Deputy General Manager (DGM)

Experience Required
B.E. (Civil): Minimum 10+ years
Diploma in Civil Engineering: Minimum 15+ years
Experience in a reputed construction firm is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and bar bending schedules (BBS).
Develop and finalize construction specifications independently.
Review and scrutinize working drawings.
Coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Prepare and manage contracts, variation (extra) items, and estimation documentation.
Coordinate effectively with clients for high-value construction projects.
Apply strong knowledge of construction techniques and project execution.
Handle planning and construction management activities independently.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in:
Building estimation
BOQ preparation
Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
Construction specifications
Contract management
Construction management
Quantity estimation
Ability to independently manage construction sites and planning.
Good computer proficiency.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Self-motivated, confident, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Male candidates preferred (as specified in the job posting).
Independent planner with extensive site execution experience.
Strong communication and client coordination skills.
Thorough understanding of construction drawings and project documentation.
