Position: Senior Civil Engineer / DGM – Estimation & Construction Coordination
Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:

B.E. Civil: 10+ years
Diploma Civil: 15+ years
Industry: Construction
Role: Estimation & Construction Coordination
Key Responsibilities
Handle multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Prepare and scrutinize:
Building estimates
BOQs
Specifications
Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
Contracts
Working drawings
Review construction drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Prepare specifications independently and evaluate extra items.
Coordinate effectively with clients to maximize project value.
Manage construction activities, contracts, and project coordination.
Plan and monitor construction sites independently.
Ensure quality, specifications, quantities, and project requirements are maintained.
Apply strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
Use computers effectively for estimation, documentation, and project management.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E. Civil with 10+ years of experience in a reputed organization, or
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge of estimation and construction management.
Extensive understanding of contracts and construction practices.
Independent planner capable of handling sites and projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, BBS, specifications, drawings, and billing-related activities.
Good computer skills.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Self-starter, confident, dedicated, and result-oriented.
