Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Cloud Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with business objectives while delivering exceptional user experiences.

This role requires strong technical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce CPQ Development
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to support business processes.
Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ functionalities, pricing rules, product configurations, quote templates, and approval workflows.
Ensure seamless integration between CPQ and other Salesforce modules.
Salesforce Development
Develop custom solutions using:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Platform capabilities
Implement scalable and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Provide technical recommendations and solution architecture guidance.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for executive and business stakeholders.
Present technical and business insights to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide proactive support to business users and resolve system-related issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Ensure alignment between business outcomes and system capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Experience
4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM development.
Minimum 5+ years of overall relevant experience.
Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization.
