Position Overview

PTechSoft is seeking experienced Sales Managers with a strong technical sales background to drive business growth in Embedded Systems, Power/Energy, Automation, and Engineering solutions. The role involves developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company’s presence in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through technical sales and business development.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Identify and acquire new customers in Embedded Systems, Power/Energy, and Automation domains.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose solutions.
Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet assigned sales and business growth targets.
