Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets through excellent customer service.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features of luxury watches.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
Support and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
Assist management in implementing sales strategies.
Eligibility
Experience in retail sales, preferably luxury watches or premium retail.
Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
Leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Passion for luxury products and sales.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule
6 days per week.
Rotational shifts:
Morning
