About the Role

We are seeking exceptionally compassionate and highly motivated Registered Nurses to serve as the primary connection between patients and a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role involves patient communication, care coordination, follow-up management, medical documentation, and ongoing patient support throughout their healthcare journey.

The position begins as a part-time remote opportunity with a structured training period of three months. Successful candidates may transition into a full-time remote role based on performance and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Support & Care Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and healthcare professionals.
Communicate with patients through WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital communication channels regarding appointments, prescriptions, and treatment progress.
Manage and monitor a caseload of approximately 25–50 patients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
Track patient progress, treatment sessions, schedules, and outcomes.
Address patient concerns, questions, and challenges with empathy and professionalism.
Escalate complex clinical concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary.
Maintain a supportive and patient-centered communication approach.
Prescription & Documentation Management
Receive prescriptions and instructions from healthcare providers.
Review, format, and organize prescriptions before sharing them with patients.
Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive patient records.
Ensure all documentation is updated within internal systems and databases.
Lead Management & Appointment Support
Manage inquiries received through digital platforms, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media channels.
Review medical reports and collect symptom information from prospective patients.
Assist patients in scheduling appointments and gathering relevant clinical information.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals regarding complex cases before appointment confirmation.
Provide educational guidance and support without applying sales pressure.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals.
Ensure clear communication of treatment plans, medical advice, and follow-up instructions.
Manage support inboxes and communication channels.
Track all patient interactions through resolution and maintain proper records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Technology & Systems Management
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
Utilize digital tools and internal platforms effectively.
Ensure data accuracy, transparency, and accessibility for healthcare teams.
Support workflow efficiency through organized documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
B.Sc Nursing (Preferred)
Registration
Valid Registered Nurse (RN/RM) License issued by any State Nursing Council in India
Experience
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Hospital-based experience preferred
