The company is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Professionals with strong expertise in Channel Sales and an established network of channel partners to drive property sales and business growth.
Experience Required
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Proven experience in Channel Partner (CP) management
Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants
Key Responsibilities
Channel Sales Management
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners.
Expand the channel partner network.
Generate sales through brokers and real estate consultants.
Conduct partner meetings and engagement activities.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities.
Generate leads through channel sales networks.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive project bookings and revenue growth.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with channel partners.
Provide project updates, pricing details, and marketing support.
Resolve partner and customer concerns promptly.
Sales Execution
Conduct project presentations and site visits.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Coordinate documentation and booking processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
