Job Summary

BioQuest Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver pharmaceutical and life sciences projects. The role involves project planning, stakeholder management, client engagement, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Purpose

Lead project execution from initiation to completion by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure successful delivery aligned with scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Understand project requirements and define execution strategies.
Prepare comprehensive project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.
Mobilize resources including domain experts, SMEs, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
Ensure project delivery in accordance with established SOPs and organizational processes.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Capture and understand client expectations and project objectives.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients.
Build a shared understanding of project requirements and finalize project scope.
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Management
Coordinate internal teams and allocate project resources effectively.
Manage critical project resources and maintain backup plans to avoid delivery disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks during the planning phase.
Conduct regular project reviews and monitor project health.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Proactively anticipate issues and prevent project escalations.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress against milestones and timelines.
Maintain project work plans and timesheets on a weekly basis.
Monitor budget utilization and resource performance.
Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
