🧩 Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Architects / Project Architects / Senior Architects to handle end-to-end project delivery across large-scale developments.

This role involves working on corporate, commercial, healthcare, and residential projects, from concept to execution.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Analyze design briefs and interact with clients as required
Develop and review architectural designs, drawings & specifications
Ensure compliance with government codes, byelaws, and regulations
Prepare:
Concept & schematic designs
Working & detailed drawings
Technical specifications
Manage project schedules and timelines
Coordinate with external consultants & internal MEP teams
Handle projects from concept to commissioning
Supervise and guide junior architects
Stay updated on materials and construction trends
Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related issues
Support time-bound presentations and deliverables
🎯 Requirements
6+ years of architectural experience
Experience in large-scale projects (Corporate / Commercial / Healthcare / Residential)
Strong proficiency in:
AutoCAD
Revit
SketchUp
Good team collaboration and leadership skills
Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
