• Lead Capacity Planning, Production Planning & Control (PPC) and ensure timely customer deliveries
• Manage production resources effectively to meet organizational targets
• Prepare and control production budgets and operational costs
• Define and monitor KPIs for the production department and team
• Establish production systems, processes, SOPs, and work standards
• Design and optimize production workflows for improved efficiency and productivity
