Key Responsibilities
Medication Dispensing
Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients.
Verify prescriptions and ensure correct dosage and medication instructions.
Maintain patient safety by following standard pharmacy procedures.
Patient Counseling
Provide clear dosage instructions and medication usage guidelines.
Educate patients about potential side effects, drug interactions, and precautions.
Offer advice on health management, wellness, and lifestyle improvements.
Inventory Management
Maintain pharmacy stock records and inventory levels.
Monitor medicine expiry dates and ensure timely stock rotation.
Coordinate procurement and replenishment of medicines when required.
Clinical Support
Support doctors and healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions and medication-related information.
Assist in maintaining accurate pharmaceutical records and documentation.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the pharmacy environment.
Follow all legal and ethical guidelines related to pharmaceutical practice.
Customer Service
Deliver excellent patient care and customer service.
Address patient queries professionally and effectively.
Build positive relationships with customers through quality healthcare support.
