Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Office Administrator to manage daily administrative activities and support operational coordination within a fast-growing EdTech and Training organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office administration, record management, communication coordination, and training-related operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate between internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative databases.
Oversee office inventory, supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Student & Training Management
Maintain student, trainer, attendance, and scheduling records.
Coordinate training schedules and classroom logistics.
Support training and event-related operational arrangements.
Communication & Coordination
Communicate with clients, trainers, vendors, and internal teams.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating business activities.
Handle routine correspondence and follow-ups.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
Maintain and update data using Excel and ERP systems.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of organizational records.
