Job Summary

Sphere BRAINOBRAIN Kids Academy is seeking a Female Junior Office Admin to manage day-to-day administrative and front office activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, good communication abilities, and experience in administrative support, fee collection, and customer interaction. Candidates residing within 5 km of the academy will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily office administration and clerical activities.
Maintain records using Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
Send and manage professional emails.
Use the internet effectively for administrative tasks.
Handle student fee collection and maintain payment records.
Conduct tele-calling for admissions, follow-ups, and parent communication.
Manage communication through social media applications.
Assist with front office and reception activities.
Support day-to-day operations of the academy.
Maintain accurate documentation and office files.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Basic email drafting and internet usage.
Tele-calling and customer communication skills.
Knowledge of social media applications.
Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role is required.
Leadership experience with the required skill set will also be considered.
Freshers with relevant skills may apply, subject to employer requirements.
Experience
1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist (Required).
