Job Summary

Medical Coding involves converting patient medical records, diagnoses, treatments, and procedures into standardized alphanumeric codes used for healthcare documentation, insurance claims, billing, and reimbursement.

Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign accurate medical diagnosis and procedure codes.
Convert healthcare information into standardized alphanumeric codes.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Support healthcare billing and insurance claim processes.
Experience
Freshers can apply.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Freshers)
Salary increment after 6 months for experienced candidates.
