JOB DESCRIPTION – MEP HVAC / ELECTRICAL DESIGNER

Position: MEP HVAC / Electrical Designer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7–15 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical or Electrical
Employment Type: TPC Contract
Contract Duration: Minimum 1 Year, extendable
Client: Indian MNC
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced MEP Designers specializing in HVAC or Electrical Design for an urgent requirement in Bangalore. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in MEP projects and be capable of independently handling relevant design and drafting activities.

Key Responsibilities
HVAC Designer
Prepare HVAC drawings independently.
Handle MEP HVAC design and drafting activities.
Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO).
Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate HVAC design requirements with other MEP disciplines.
Knowledge of Fire Fighting drawings will be an added advantage.
Electrical Designer
Prepare and draft MEP Electrical drawings.
Handle electrical drafting requirements for MEP projects.
Coordinate electrical drawings with other MEP disciplines.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
Required Skills
MTO / Material Take-Off
MEP Engineering
HVAC drawings and drafting
Ability to independently prepare HVAC drawings
MEP Electrical drafting
Fire Fighting drawing knowledge – additional advantage
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and drafting practices
Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – for HVAC roles
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering – for Electrical Designer roles
Experience
7–15 years of relevant experience in MEP Engineering.
Strong experience as an HVAC Designer or Electrical Designer.
Employment Details
TPC Contract initially.
Minimum contract duration: 1 year.
Contract may be extended based on performance.
Opportunity for permanent payroll based on performance.
Immediate joiners will be given first priority.
