Job Summary

The Manufacturing Operation Executive will be responsible for supporting daily production activities, operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining production quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures. The role requires coordination with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Assist in production planning and scheduling.
Monitor production quality and maintain quality standards.
Perform routine inspections and identify minor equipment issues.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine repairs.
Maintain production records, inventory usage, downtime, and output reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
Work closely with quality control, maintenance, and logistics departments.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.
Required Skills
Basic machine operation knowledge.

Ability to work in shifts.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Salary
₹19,500 – ₹30,000 per month
Final salary depends on skills, experience, and interview performance.
