🏭 Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality control procedures
• Assist with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment repairs
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste
• Work with quality, maintenance, logistics, and production teams
• Achieve production targets and customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards

🎓 Eligibility

✔ High School / 10th / 12th
✔ ITI
✔ Diploma
✔ Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, as applicable
✔ Freshers can apply
✔ Candidates with 0–6+ years of experience can apply
✔ Manufacturing / production experience preferred but not mandatory
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to work in shifts and perform physical tasks when required
✔ Knowledge of machine operations and safety practices is an advantage

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 ₹19,500 – ₹30,000/month
