Qualification
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in:
Electronics Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Computer Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and design of complex FPGA solutions
Develop FPGA designs using VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog
Translate system requirements into FPGA specifications
Implement designs using Xilinx, Intel (Altera) or Lattice FPGAs
Develop testbenches and perform simulation
Integrate and validate FPGA designs on hardware
Work with board-design and software teams
Perform timing closure, floor planning and resource optimization
Conduct design reviews and maintain documentation
Mentor junior FPGA engineers and enforce design best practices
Required Technical Skills
7+ years of FPGA design & verification experience
Strong VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog skills
Vivado, Quartus, Synplify
Simulation using ModelSim, Questa or VCS
High-speed interfaces such as:
PCIe
DDR
Ethernet
AXI
Embedded processor systems: MicroBlaze, Nios II, ARM SoCs
Scripting: Tcl, Python, Shell
Static Timing Analysis (STA)
SDC constraints and debugging
Hardware/software integration
Git / SVN and documentation tools
Preferred
Previous FPGA team/project leadership
Safety- or mission-critical experience in automotive, aerospace or medical domains
Hardware emulation / ASIC prototyping on FPGAs
Strong leadership and communication skills
