🏭 About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Executive – Production to support production planning, food safety, quality control, manpower management, packing, and logistics operations at our food processing facility.
The role involves ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining food safety, quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Implement daily production programs and achieve planned production targets
• Optimize resource utilization while maintaining productivity
• Ensure product quality at every stage of production
• Implement and maintain HACCP / GMP food safety requirements
• Maintain good housekeeping and hygiene standards across the plant
• Operate and coordinate Production, Packing & Logistics processes
• Monitor and verify OPRPs and CCPs
• Manage and supervise production manpower
• Implement process controls and Corrective / Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Ensure product identification, traceability, testing status, and labelling
• Maintain and verify production records and documentation
📋 Production Planning & Material Management
• Raise raw material requisitions based on production plans
• Collect required raw materials from RM Stores
• Ensure daily production targets are completed as per the production plan
• Handover finished goods to dispatch / MAP Packing
• Prepare production requirements based on market, e-commerce, and special orders
• Maintain SFG Minimum Stock Level (MSL) based on seasonality and sales trends
• Maintain daily production and manpower usage reports
• Check packing material availability before starting production
• Send finished-goods samples to QC for analysis
📦 MAP Room & Logistics
• Maintain food-handler hygiene, machinery, accessories, and area hygiene as per SOPs
• Ensure packing processes follow QC guidelines
• Monitor N₂ and CO₂ cylinder availability and requirements
• Ensure finished goods are handed over to dispatch on time
• Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams for timely deliveries
• Handle returned stock and coordinate with QC for RCA & CAPA
• Maintain production, packing, and manpower reports
👥 Staff Supervision & Training
• Supervise production staff and ensure effective teamwork
• Allocate manpower according to production requirements
• Support employee training and development
• Ensure employees follow food safety practices and SOPs
⚙️ Equipment & Maintenance
• Monitor production machinery and equipment
• Perform basic troubleshooting when required
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and repairs
• Minimize production downtime through timely escalation
🎓 Qualification & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
✔ Freshers / candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
✔ Food industry / manufacturing experience is an advantage
✔ Strong understanding of food safety, quality control, HACCP & GMP
✔ Knowledge of production machinery and equipment
✔ Good leadership and manpower-management skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
