🚀 About the Role:
As a Senior Consultant at, you will play a pivotal technical role in the development, implementation, migration, and support of Oracle’s next-generation banking solutions, including Oracle FLEXCUBE and related core banking platforms.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in development, implementation, migration, integration, and managed services activities
• Analyze, design, and implement complex banking solutions
• Develop applications using Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and XML
• Support deployment and troubleshooting on Oracle WebLogic servers
• Conduct unit testing, EOD runs, migration, and integration activities
• Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes
• Handle issue tracking, reporting, and knowledge transfer activities
• Participate in release management and source control processes

✅ Required Skills:
• Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot & Microservices
• JavaScript & XML
• Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Oracle Database (12c / 18c)
• Oracle WebLogic Application Server
• Release Management & Source Control Tools
• Strong communication and client interaction skills

🎯 Preferred Experience:
• Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar core banking platforms
• Banking domain and banking technology exposure
• DevOps & Testing Tools
• Oracle OBIEE Reports / BIP
• Oracle Fusion SOA / Middleware
• Experience in high-pressure project environments

🌟 Additional Information:
• Willingness to work offshore/on-site and in rotational shifts
• Travel may be required depending on project needs
• Oracle Banking / FLEXCUBE certifications are an added advantage
