Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
System Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Manage and maintain Active Directory environments.
Backup & Network Management
Perform system backups and recovery operations.
Manage DNS configurations and domain controller settings.
Ensure system availability and data integrity through regular maintenance.
Virtualization Support
Configure and maintain VMware virtualization environments.
Support server operating system installations and deployments using VMware.
Active Directory Administration
Troubleshoot issues related to user accounts, group policies, permissions, and authentication.
Maintain user access controls and directory services.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows System Administration.
Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
Understanding of DNS and backup management processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
