Job Responsibilities
Manufacturing IT System Administration
Administer manufacturing equipment and computerized systems within pharmaceutical environments.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing IT infrastructure.
User Management
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts for manufacturing equipment and computerized systems.
Manage user access controls and permissions as per compliance requirements.
Backup & Data Management
Perform data backup, restoration, archival, and retrieval activities.
Maintain backup procedures and ensure data integrity.
System Reviews & Compliance Activities
Conduct periodic reviews and verification of user privileges.
Prepare and maintain active user lists for all manufacturing systems.
Perform periodic time synchronization of manufacturing systems.
Preventive Maintenance
Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities for manufacturing equipment and computerized systems.
Monitor system health and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
Troubleshooting & Support
Provide first-level troubleshooting support for computer systems and manufacturing equipment.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate escalations when required.
Quality & Compliance Management
Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including:
Change Control
CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Deviations
Incident Management
Validation & Regulatory Compliance
Assist in Computerized System Validation (CSV) activities.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
Required Skills
Pharma Compliance Knowledge
Basic understanding of:
21 CFR Part 11
GAMP Guidelines
GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
GMP / cGMP
ALCOA Principles
Data Integrity Requirements
Manufacturing Systems Knowledge
