📍 Location: Raipur / Bangalore (Relocation Required)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head Nurse with strong expertise in ICU and Critical Care operations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, clinical excellence, and the ability to manage ICU teams efficiently.

👉 Preference: Candidates from Odisha willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise ICU and critical care nursing staff
Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and hospital management
Monitor clinical procedures, infection control, and ICU protocols
Manage duty rosters, staff training, and performance evaluations
Handle emergency situations and critical patient care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards
Required Qualifications
B.Sc Nursing / GNM (Mandatory)
Valid Nursing Council Registration
10–15 years of ICU / Critical Care experience
Prior experience as Head Nurse / ICU Supervisor preferred
Skills Required
Strong leadership and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and team management skills
Expertise in ICU protocols and critical patient handling
