Role Overview

Fossil Group is hiring an experienced Specialist / Subject Matter Expert (SME) – General Ledger (R2R) to manage financial accuracy, reporting compliance, and process improvements within the Record-to-Report (R2R) function.

The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, analytical capability, and experience handling month-end close, financial reviews, and stakeholder coordination in MNC or Big 4 environments.

Key Responsibilities
Month-End Close & Financial Oversight
Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing activities
Manage financial reporting processes efficiently
Conduct detailed Balance Sheet and P&L reviews
Perform monthly flux and variance analysis
Handle intercompany reconciliations and account reconciliations
Support internal and external audit requirements
Collaborate with AP, AR, and Corporate Finance teams
Governance & Compliance
Implement financial governance and risk management practices
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
Maintain financial integrity and reporting accuracy
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process optimization
Drive automation and efficiency initiatives within R2R operations
