Experience: Fresher – 3 years

This is a clinical dental role, not assistant work:

Patient diagnosis & consultation 🦷
General dentistry procedures
Crown preparation (very important skill)
Handling patients independently

You’re expected to work like a full dentist, even as a fresher.

💰 Salary Reality
₹18K – ₹30K + incentives

👉 Honest truth:

Fresher → ₹18K–₹22K
With skills → ₹25K+

Number of patients
Treatments done

10 AM – 8 PM (long shift)
2-hour break
Sunday half day
