Housekeeping and facility management
Setting up new offices and office renovations

Maintenance of company-owned vehicles
Vendor management and procurement
Regulatory and statutory compliance
Security management
Maintenance and coordination of Chairman’s residence
General administration and facility operations
Desired Candidate Profile
10–15 years of experience in Administration & Facility Management
Experience working in a corporate office environment
Hands-on experience in setting up new offices and handling renovations
Exposure to managing large-sized facilities
Strong vendor management and liaisoning skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and administrative processes
