UST is seeking a talented and innovative Front-End Developer with expertise in modern web technologies, ServiceNow development, and exposure to Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing responsive user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform while integrating AI-powered capabilities to create intelligent and user-centric enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
Build modern UI components using:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
AngularJS or React
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal application performance.
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional web applications.
ServiceNow Development
Customize and enhance ServiceNow user experiences using:
UI Builder
Service Portal
Now Experience Framework
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules according to business requirements.
Develop reusable UI components and improve platform usability.
Support ServiceNow integrations and workflow enhancements.
Generative AI Integration
Implement and integrate Generative AI capabilities into ServiceNow applications.
Leverage AI models such as GPT, BERT, or similar technologies to improve user experiences.
Support automation initiatives through AI-powered workflows and intelligent features.
Collaborate with AI teams to deploy innovative enterprise solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with:
UX/UI Designers
Product Managers
Backend Developers
AI Engineers
Business Stakeholders
Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
Provide recommendations on emerging technologies and best practices.
Troubleshooting & Optimization
Debug and resolve front-end application issues.
Optimize application performance and user experience.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Participate in testing and deployment activities.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
Stay updated on ServiceNow platform advancements.
Monitor trends in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.
Recommend and implement modern development practices.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of Front-End Development experience.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience with enterprise-level web application development.
