Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to build and scale high-performance cross-platform applications for mobile and web. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to create delightful travel experiences while maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Platform Application Development
Develop high-performance Flutter applications for Android, iOS, and Web using a shared codebase.
Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable components and features.
Ensure applications deliver smooth and responsive user experiences.
Feature Development & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver features rapidly.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
API & SDK Integration
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Implement payment gateway integrations such as:
PayU
Razorpay
Integrate analytics, tracking, and user engagement tools.
Performance Optimization
Profile, debug, and optimize applications for smooth 60 FPS performance.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and memory issues.
Maintain high standards for UI responsiveness and application reliability.
Release & DevOps
Manage application releases on:
Google Play Store
Apple App Store
Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
Configure and manage Firebase services and crash reporting tools.
Engineering Excellence
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Dart code.
Participate in code reviews and share constructive feedback.
Contribute to engineering best practices and team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technologies
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
Experience building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications.
Knowledge of Flutter architecture, state management, and widget lifecycle.
Backend & Integrations
Experience integrating REST APIs.
Familiarity with third-party SDK integrations.
Experience working with payment gateways is a plus.
Mobile Development
Android and iOS application development experience.
Experience with Play Store and App Store release processes.
DevOps & Monitoring
CI/CD pipeline management.
Firebase integration.
Crash reporting and analytics tools.
Performance & Quality
Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization.
Debugging and profiling expertise.
Commitment to clean code and maintainable architecture.
Preferred Skills
Experience in fintech, payments, or travel technology products.
Knowledge of modern app architecture patterns.
Experience building highly interactive and polished user interfaces.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and feature flag systems.
