Job Summary

A machine manufacturing company located in Peenya, Bengaluru is hiring an experienced Fitter to handle the manufacturing and assembly of machined components. The candidate should be capable of reading engineering drawings, coordinating stage-wise manufacturing activities, and ensuring quality production while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble machined parts as per engineering drawings.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor and follow up on stage-wise manufacturing activities.
Perform fitting, alignment, and assembly of machine components.
Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
Coordinate with production and machining teams to ensure timely completion.
Maintain workplace safety and follow company procedures.
Report production issues and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or
Diploma in Tool & Die Making
Experience
10–15 years of experience in fitting/manufacturing operations.
Experience in machine manufacturing or precision engineering is preferred.
