Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and hardworking candidates to join our manufacturing and production team in Bommasandra, Bengaluru. This opportunity is ideal for DME, ITI, 10th Pass, and 12th Pass candidates seeking to build a career in the manufacturing industry. Selected candidates will be involved in production, assembly, machine operations, quality checks, and other shop-floor activities.

Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Assist in manufacturing and production activities.
Operate machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
Support assembly and fabrication processes where required.
Quality & Inspection
Perform basic quality checks on finished products.
Report defects or production issues to supervisors.
Follow quality standards and production guidelines.
Machine Handling
Assist with machine setup and operation.
Monitor equipment performance during production.
Maintain cleanliness and safety around machines and workstations.
Safety & Compliance
Follow workplace safety rules and company policies.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Candidate Requirements
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Basic understanding of mechanical, manufacturing, or production processes (preferred for DME/ITI candidates).
Good work ethic and punctuality.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
