π Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Admin Executive to support senior leadership with administrative, coordination, and communication tasks.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
Attend meetings and record minutes (MoM)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Conduct research and prepare reports/presentations
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Manage executive calendars, reminders, and schedules
Compile, proofread, and revise documents and reports
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Organize information and create reference materials/tools
Professionally greet and manage visitors/clients

Requirements
2β5 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Admin role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & business tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of databases and tracking systems
