Engineers / Checkers – Structural Steel

Location: Mysore / Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: 2–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Read and analyze contract drawings.
Identify and document mismatched or missing information in project drawings.
Prepare engineering input documents.
Check structural steel fabrication and erection drawings.
Review and correct drawings in Trimble Tekla 3D models.
Ensure compliance with structural steel standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve design and fabrication issues.
Meet project schedules and quality requirements.
Required Skills
Experience in the Structural Steel industry.
Knowledge of:
AISC Standards
BS Standards
BIS Standards
Structural steel fabrication and erection drawing review.
Trimble Tekla 3D model correction.
Knowledge of various structural steel sections and shapes.
Ability to visualize fabrication and erection challenges and recommend practical solutions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a flexible project environment.
